Danielle “Dani” Becklin serves as Program Manager for the Rural CISNEW Team, bringing leadership, mental health knowledge, and her own lived experience to the role.
Since joining CIS in 2021, Dani has dedicated herself to supporting students and families. Before moving into management, she spent four years as a Student Support Coordinator in Curlew, where she built strong, trusted relationships with students, families, and school staff.
Living and working in Ferry County, Dani brings genuine, on-the-ground understanding of the challenges rural communities face. She knows first-hand what it takes for a Student Support Coordinator to thrive in a small community, and her local connections ensure the support our team provides is not only practical and responsive, but also authentic to life in Northeast Washington. With Dani’s guidance, we’re not just serving rural communities, we are truly part of them.
