Heather Webster was born and raised in Puyallup, Washington. She met her husband Jeremiah at Washington State University and graduated with a degree in Biology. A job offer facilitated a move to Spokane in 2008, where Heather set down roots and grew her family to four children who have all been educated in CVSD public schools. Heather worked for eleven years in the pharmaceutical industry as a scientist and later as a project manager. In 2018, Heather shifted her career to the utilities industry at Avista where she is the manager of Asset Maintenance Program Delivery. Volunteering in local schools to foster a love of STEM running both Science Olympiad and Invent Washington teams at Liberty Lake Elementary is where Heather’s passion for serving students was awakened. Serving on the Board, Heather hopes to have an impact on students in need.
