Shelby Rowley the Student Support Coordinator at Sunset Elementary School. She first encountered CISNEW during her senior year of college, where she completed her practicum, leading to her employment in July 2024. Shelby earned her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s Degree in Social Work from Eastern Washington University. She has always had a passion to work with youth and is excited to make a difference in the community.
