Taylor Earley is a Student Support Coordinator at Westwood Middle School within the Cheney School District. With a background deeply rooted in working with vulnerable populations, Taylor brings years of experience from both Lakeland Village and Washington State’s ECEAP program. Specializing in trauma-informed and poverty-informed care, she is dedicated to supporting students through compassionate, individualized attention.
As a member of a military family, Taylor moved frequently during her childhood, living in Texas, Alabama, Virginia, and Washington. This unique upbringing has given her the opportunity to engage with diverse communities, fostering a deep understanding of different perspectives and life experiences.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys spending time with her kids, dogs, and chickens, as well as attending concerts!
